The Director Channels will be responsible for managing and implementing joint Go to Market sales plan within the channel in order to drive specific revenue goals for inContact. Utilizing inContact direct and indirect sales teams, the Director Channels will drive revenue attainment by managing the key relationships with the channel's sales, marketing and product teams to meet the targeted worldwide revenue goals. Within inContact, the Director Channels achieves this through driving thought leadership and cooperative efforts among the various internal groups that impact channel. This also encompasses the continued definition and management of programs, rules of engagement, and compensation plans to maximize partner performance. Account opportunities with the external sales teams will be supported by the inContact sales teams and Channel Managers.
__This Is What You'll Get To Do:__
Executive level management and interaction with external sales and product management.
Manage Sales Engagement Processes, including deal registration, to limit channel conflict with sales.
Facilitate and Attend meetings as agreed within the MRA.
Build and maintain relationships with regional sales resources and inContact Channel Managers.
Ability to offer training on products, programs and sales tools.
Attend field level events as requested and/or required to foster revenue goals attainment. Business Responsibility
Responsibility in assisting with the ongoing development of inContact sales strategy for Siemens and contributing valued input in sustaining and improvement of the inContact-Siemens relationship.
Responsible for executing the defined channel strategy.
Work with VP of Channels to set direction, quarterly/yearly quota's, for channel managers.
Work with Channel Manager's and key partners in each region to increase activity and productivity.
Manage Channel Managers to meet and exceed quarterly/yearly targets on both Closed MAT and Opportunities.
Enable/Manage attainment of new customers to meet recurring revenue commitments.
Provide leadership to individuals on team(s) through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
Prioritize, assign and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the Operations department's goals and objectives. Adjust hours of work, priorities and staff assignments to ensure efficient operation, based on workload.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring and firing for the department.
__Successful Candidates Will Have The Following:__
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience required.

years sales channel sales experiences or equivalent experience within inContact.
5
years in management or leadership role.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, support and channels in the European market.
Previous experience in telecom, call center, software or hardware industries.
Proven track record of defining and meeting revenue goals.
Experience in relationship management.
Experience in working independently with little or no direct supervision on site.
