Executive Assistant to CEO

The School Improvement Network was founded in 1991 to Provide Solutions to Increase Learning in Today's Schools. This rapidly growing organization is looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant to assist the CEO & President with scheduling, organizing, communicating, and more. Qualified candidates will have had extensive experience assisting company executives, exceptional writing and listening skills, and will possess a high degree of professionalism. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Managing and protecting the CEO's time through strategic scheduling and prioritizing
Coordinating and preparing company and executive events
Delivering & accepting meeting requests
Gathering data from department heads
Prioritizing, responding, and following-up on emails
Obtaining bids for various projects
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Ensuring contracts are signed & delivered appropriately
Making travel arrangements (flights, hotel, cars, etc.)
Running work-related and personal errands
Coordinating and planning with executive's & stockholders' family members
Maintaining list of contacts
Organizing hard copy mail
Printing, scanning, and other general office duties
Assisting others in the office as directed
Staying one step ahead of the CEO

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
