Allred's is currently accepting applications at our Midvale location for the Online Sales & Customer Service position. Interested applicants are invited to submit their resume via e-mail AND fill out an online job application. Position is full time, Monday thru Friay from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Health insurance available after 90-days of employment.
Primary Duties & Responsibilites:
Answer incoming customer phone calls
Entry and processing of customer orders
Responding to customer requests via e-mail and live chat
Order resolution, which includes the processing of returns, credits, warranties, customer disputes, etc.
Online product and catalog development
Assist shipping department with pulling, packaging and shipment of orders as needed
Other possible responsibilities as they arise
Job Requirements Include:
Working familiarity with HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning) products a plus, but not required
Ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional manner
Ability to handle multiple tasks in an organized, efficient manner
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent familiarity with computer based applications such as e-mail, internet, word processing, etc.
Dependable and consistent work history with good character references
Business-like grooming and appearance with a friendly, out-going manner
Applicant must have an outlook and attitude of team work & cooperation, with a reliable sense of initiative, to see what's needed, and be able to identify and implement a response that is within company policy and good business practices

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
