Order Fulfillment Manager

ZAGG is seeking an Order Fulfilment Manager who will be responsible for the life cycle (E2E) management of ZAGG Brand's customer orders from acceptance to final delivery.
Will be a customer advocate focusing on ensuring orders are properly reviewed and executed in accordance with customer SLAs/IRGs.
Extensive collaboration will be required with customer, distribution, transportation, purchasing, planning, and finance to ensure all aspects of order fulfillment met.
RESPONSIBILITIES Order Management Conduct daily review of new customer orders against customer forecast plan, stock on hand, and in-transit inventory to determine ability to accept incoming order volume request and delivery date needs of the customer.
Validate customer orders to SLA, Pricing, credit terms etc.
Communicate regularly with Customer on resolving any issue related to customers deliverable expectations.
Coordinate fulfillment schedules with the global fulfillment centers to ensure all orders are properly allocated, scheduled, and executed on-time on a weekly basis.
Act as an account champion and work closely with internal cross-functional teams to ensure responsiveness to customer requests.
Proactively diagnose and understand the underlying operational issues and opportunities in the business and work on recovery initiatives that directly impact customer committed ship dates and OTIF KPIs.
Partner with internal departments to provide customer(s) weekly order status updates, shipping tracking, open order status, product and any tasks relating to orders.
Work closely with finance on credit holds, credit limits, AP & AR related issues.
Establish and maintain regular communication with Distribution, Transportation, Purchasing and other teams as needed.
Order/ Invoice validation and 3-way match reconciliation (Umbrella Audit) Knowledgeable and up-to-date on all facets of assigned account- including contract compliance and program initiatives.
Assist tracking of annual account performance, including RMA requests, EOL noti?cations10% Other duties as assigned.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Able to articulate and understand customers' business requirements.
Analytical with high degree of pro?ciency in Keynotes and Microsoft o?ce suite Attention to detail, prominent organization, and presentation skills.
Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task activities with shiftingPriorities.
QUALIFICATIONS Must have 4
years professional experience in operations, customer engagement and order management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent related work experience required.
Highly proficient level computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office tools, CRM systems, Microsoft Great Plains, and WMS.
Experience supporting or working with retail and/or wireless carriers and distributors is highly preferred.
Some travel may be required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, write, type, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors.
Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for 2-4 hours at a time.
They must have the ability to stand 1 hour at a time.
Must have the ability to type, reach, manipulate computer and phone systems, handle or feel objects and must have the ability to use the telephone (both with verbal and written communication).
The employee frequently is required to use hands to manipulate, handle or feel objects and phones.
The employee must be able to lift 30-50 lbs.
Must have visual acuity for color and fine detail.
Must have the ability to travel in the US.
