You will need the ability to stay self-motivated and task oriented.
Positive people skills, and teamwork are a must.
You are the face of our organization, and will help to build and maintain resident relations.
We are a small, privately owned residential management team for a multi-housing apartment complex.
We manage a total of 216 doors in one central location in Midvale.
Training hours (first 30 days) will be part time Monday, Wednesday and Thursday; hours to be determined.
Post training hours would be Monday - Friday from 10:
00 - 6:
00.
Additionally, you will be responsible to supervise and respond to the after hours emergency phone rotation two weeks a month.
Qualifications Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Proficient Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Professional image.
Ability to listen and show empathy, and respect clients Strong administrative skills, and ability to multitask Must be able to complete a background check Ability to walk up and down 3 stories and lift at least 20 lbs You must be able to live on property (one bedroom/one bath, no pets) after the 30 day training period.
Duties Interact with applicants and current tenants alike.
Provide helpful and positive customer service Receive and record monthly rent payments Process and follow up on work order tickets Process rental applications Prepare and perform lease signings Walk the property daily (checking vacancies, tidying laundry rooms, etc) Respond to tenant and applicant email requests Assist with additional projects as needed Supervise and respond to emergency phone requests 2 weeks a month Benefits On-site housing after the first 30 day training period All utilities (except internet) paid, assigned covered parking included Monthly lease signing bonuses available Job Type:
