o30-40 hours per week in schoolo Subject to change based on school's needo1 hour per week participating in school manager's meetingo4-6 hours per week for administrative taskso Completing DSJo Completing weekly reportso Scheduling private lessonso4-6 hours per week training and conducting front desk assessments.
Time based on demando Quality of callso Sales trainingo Customer ConcernsoAll other hours are found fully dressed out on deck, working front desk, or as manager on dutyoUphold Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core ValuesoResponsible for hiring, training, assessing, coaching and performance of office staffoResponsible for developing goals to achieve revenue budgets each monthoResponsible for organization within the school following GMs directionoEnsures cleanliness from floor to ceilingoEnsure accurate timesheets and hours that reflect the true schedule for office staffoVerify time clock with scheduled shifts in WIW prior to payrolloOversee substitutes and resolve scheduling conflictsoIf no office staff is available for shift, it is the OM's responsibility to coveroAnticipate staffing needsoEnsure quality of Aqua-Tots standardoEvaluate weekly sales and create daily targets (conversions, revenue, saving withdrawals)o Verify targets are achievedoDevelop, mentor, and identify future leaders in the next generation of excellent front desk representatives for Aqua-TotsoSchedule monthly in-services and choose the in-service topic for the monthoFollow and implement Aqua-Tots Swim Schools customer service guidelines to ensure an exceptional customer experience for every customeroEnsure quality and customer service standardoCommunicate effectively with potential and existing customersoBuild relationships with families, know their names and their children's namesoAddress customer concerns, providing a win/win outcomeoRespond to parents within 24 hours of any reported instructor performance concernoUse the customer-focused principle in each customer interactionoReport unresolved complaints to General ManagerAs a leader in swim instruction for over 25 years, Aqua-Tots is the largest swim school in the nation.
We teach children ages 4 months to adults.
