This position is a hybrid schedule Monday-Friday 8:
00 am-5:
00 pm.
The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Provide daily assistance via phone and email, including diversified operational support to all bank employees throughout the corporation.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
day 2 item processing, incoming and outgoing return items, document printing and mailing, and other general operational support for the corporation.
Assess and mitigate risk to include, but not limited to, potential loss and fraud.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 1
years of branch or banking operations or other directly related experience.
Working knowledge of branch functions, banking operations, and accounting principles.
Ability to work with affiliate bank departments and branches.
Must be accurate, have strong customer service, processing, and communication skills.
Knowledge of computer software including spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
Ability to meet deadlines and resolve problems.
