We are currently seeking an Information Security Risk Analyst to join our Enterprise Information Security Team.
The Enterprise Information Security team is responsible for enabling secure innovation and business growth for over 10,000 employees across 44 states.
EIS is rapidly growing, and focused on creating a relevant program that will enable our organization's long-term success.
Our department's work has support from executive and board members as we drive enterprise-wide initiatives.

We're focused on creating business value and are seeking like-minded professionals to join our team!The Information Security Risk Analyst will have the opportunity to:
oManage the Information Security Risk Assessment Queue as well any issues tracked as a part of that process.
oLearn to write and edit reports, assessments, and other documents to provide decision support information regarding security risks and controls to executives, project managers, system owners, business unit managers and others.
oContribute to the enhancement/refinement of the Information Security Risks & Controls library.
oManage and perform cybersecurity assessments on emerging/ongoing business initiative.
Requirements:
oRequires an Associate's in Computer Science or other Information Systems related degree or 2
years of experience in Cybersecurity.
oRequires a desire to learn more about cybersecurity risk analysis and related security products/systems.
oRequires demonstrable knowledge of information security standards, data security practices and procedures, network security, application security, and database security.
oRequires understanding the impact of various data protection and integrity controls, operating systems and network security controls, authentication controls, and security protocols.
oRequires strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
oRequires demonstrable knowledge of security principles to a diverse range of risk scenarios to coordinate acceptable solutions between business needs, technology operations, and information security best practices.
oComfortable working with limited oversight to coordinate and accomplish needed efforts.
Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
oA combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.

This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in the office at the new Zions Technology Center in Midvale, UT.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
