Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Security Guard to join our team.
As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.
This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in conflict management, loss prevention, and surveillance will be utilized.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other individuals to maintain the security of the premises - Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the facility - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Act as a deterrent against theft, vandalism, and other illegal activities - Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activities or incidents - Provide assistance to employees and visitors when needed - Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during each shift - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position - Valid security certificate or license - Knowledge of security procedures and protocols - Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance equipment - Strong observation skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - Military or law enforcement background is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and provide ongoing training opportunities to enhance your skills as a Security Guard.
