The ZipHound agency is looking for enthusiastic and results driven individual to work within our Individual and group sales area.
Part-time 15-20 hours $500 base plus commission.
Commission Split potential 50/50 for group.
Individual side per submitted application.
As a key member our Outbound Sales Team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Contact potential customers via phone and internet that have inquired about individual policies and be updated on the new health care reform laws.
Qualify potential customers by evaluating their needs.
Meet and exceed production and sales goals.
. Have the ability to run agency in 6 months.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications.
.Must have your health insurance license and have no complaints with the insurance commission.
.Must have the ability to work in a mobile environment. Meaning work anywhere and still get results. Whether your using our office or at home. This is a flexible job.
Have some basic knowledge of Select Health, Blue cross and Humana individual plans. Group side would be a huge plus.
Experience in outbound calling in the health insurance industry is preferred.
Motivation for telephone sales and account management.
Exceptional closing skills, telephone and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer base by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of computers on basic levels.
Solid organizational and priority management skills.
Strong attention to detail in oral and written communications.
Bottom line- Get sales, treat people nice and enjoy what your doing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
