Outbound Sales Representative

Summary: MarketWare Health Solutions, is looking for enthusiastic and results driven individuals to work within outbound sales team. This position pays $13/hr + commission. The position will consist of selling potential clients and setting up product demos. The positions available will be about 20 hrs./week.

As a key member our Outbound Sales Team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
Contact potential customers via phone and email that are in the healthcare industry.
Qualify potential customers by evaluating their needs through a sales forum.
Meet and exceed expectation of scheduled presentations each week.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Experience in outbound calling in the healthcare industry is preferred.
Motivation for telephone sales and account management.
Exceptional telephone and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customer base by demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Windows and Microsoft software programs.
Proficiency in 1 or more contact management software programs is preferred.
Solid organizational skills, particularly in a dynamic work environment.
Strong attention to detail in oral and written communications.
Hard working and focused.
High level of initiative.
Self-starter with strong resilience and low call reluctance.
Desire to advance
Ability to work in faced paced, team environment.
High School Diploma required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
