In Store Manager - MVP

We are looking for an EXCITED, HARD WORKING, RELIABLE, SKILLED MANAGER for an iQue Repair store. Previous management skills are REQUIRED - Retail management skills are preferred. No prior repair skills necessary. We will train as needed on repairs.
The hourly is $10-$11.50/an hour depending on experience + % of Monthly Package Sales associated with their Store/Stores above specified product goals. The manager will run the store, help customers, attend manager meetings, meet daily goals, do repairs as needed and be friendly and outgoing as they interact with customers.

The Manager - MVP is ultimately responsible for a specific store's performance and is looked to as the prime example in Leadership, repairs, upsells, and stability of the store. They are truly our Most Valuable Players.
Major Areas of Responsibility:
Major areas of responsibility include:
Profit and loss of a store location
o Store Manager is responsible for the performance of the store. They take accountability for its strengths and weaknesses and agree to do all they can to ensure maximum profitability
o Store Managers are incentivized to sell as they will be paid a 7% Gross Commission between the team for every package sold above their defined base line goal.
Local marketing implementation for a store - This takes place as time permits
o Flyering
o Sign Shaking
o B2B Relationships
o Events, Etc.
Scheduling and status of the store technician
o Pulling in floating techs as necessary
o Borrowing techs from other locations if necessary
Store Specific Requirements
o Technician certified - Has been trained on most if not all repairs.
o Fulfillment Scheduling and Management
o Quality Assurance of Products
o Inventory Management and Order Submission
o Daily/Weekly Reporting
o Following End of Day Checklist
o On-going (throughout the day reports)
o Working 50 hours p/week on avg. This included Company meetings, morning meetings, and staying late or arriving early.
o Following the IQUE ROAD sales process and reaching set sales goals.
o Following all items outlined in the MVP Training manual.
o Training team members to follow iQue's Standards of excellence and implement discipline and write ups.
o Reporting directly to the General Manager (GM)

Knowledge of and appreciation of Apple Products

Education and Experience
Degree or equivalent experience: High school Diploma, College preferred but not required.
Years of experience: 2 years of experience managing in a retail atmosphere or equivalent experience in management of people.
Specialized training in: Sales, Customer Service and Organization.
Other requirements (certifications and so forth): No certification required, but will need to be able to adhere to iQue's training and standards of excellence including our IQUE ROAD sales process.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is often exposed to phone calls, customer service, and requirements for up sales. The employee also is exposed to glass, metal, and materials that could cause damage to their skin via repair, but have been provided with Safety guidelines as to ensure proper use of equipment. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
