Financial Controller

Ereplacementpart.com is currently in search of a professional finance leader. The Financial Controller will ensure consistency, accuracy, transparency through documented work flows. The focus of the Manager's effort will be to design and implement consistent operating models establishing and connecting the processes, outcomes and metrics to drive accountability. The Financial Controller assesses proposed changes of processes, systems, and/or service design using knowledge of logistics operations, systems, and procurement activities to determine overall effect and coordinates the recording of changes and modifications for management control.

Analytical /Finance/Planning
- Highly analytical
- Annual Budgeting and Quarterly re-forecasting
ROI, P&L, headcount/labor and balance sheet
- Variance analysis
- Ability to bridge the gap between operations and finance; ability to guide operational team with strategic planning and execution through measurable data and accountability.
Technical
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Great Plains
- Experience with SQL and large databases would be considered an asset
Standard Reporting and Ad hoc
- Understand and translate business process and business goals into business reporting requirements, key performance indicators, financial and management reporting outputs and business process tracking design; enabling formalized metric tracking and reporting and data driven decision making, process improvement and process controls.
- Financial analysis to identify operational trends, and, using this knowledge, aid in the maximization of company revenue and profit
- Support operations by maintaining reporting on key performance metrics, financial analysis and operational design changes
- Special projects as directed by upper management
Accounting
- Accruals
- Month-end
- Inventory - knowledge of GAAP accounting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations

Project Management
- Actively participate as part of the leadership team to establish the vision for large-scale projects and change initiatives.
Education/Experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Management.
- CPA Designation.
- At least 8
years of industry experience in financial management
- Ideally a deep background in MIS and knowledge of SQL.
- Prior experience in the Distribution Industry
