Help Desk Associate

Sportsman's Warehouse is seeking a Help Desk Associate. This position is a Saturday and Sunday position and will require one to two weeks of training Monday through Friday prior to the weekend rotation.
Purpose of Position
The Helpdesk employee provides support for all of the retail stores, the corporate office and the Distribution Center.
Duties and Responsibilities -
Answer helpdesk phone calls from all retail stores, corporate office and Distribution Center.
Troubleshoot all company systems.
Conduct Gift Card history inquiries.
Assist in store opening procedures.
Troubleshoot the point of sale stations including hardware and software.
Troubleshoot RF gun and belt printer problems.
Troubleshoot phone issues.
Troubleshoot software and hardware issues for Dell computers.
Troubleshoot internet issues.
Assist with retail and POS systems issues at the store level.
Enter helpdesk tickets.
Special Assignments as needed.
Required Skills -
The person in this position must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to multi-task in stressful situations and keep a professional attitude. Must have knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office.
Education and Training -
High School Diploma and 1
years of helpdesk experience.
Physical Requirements -
This position involves a variety of physical activities including:
talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Must be able to lift 15-20lbs.
Travel Requirements -
This position may require travel.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
