Job Summary
In line with the corporate strategic direction; responsible for the brand identity, strategy and messaging for all Max International corporate web properties including: max.com; replicated site; microsites, Virtual Office and all social media channels: facebook; twitter; LinkedIn; Instagram; etc.
Essential Functions
Develops specific recommendations on how to drive customer engagement, product sales and overall satisfaction on all of Max's web properties and social media channels.
Define, gather and analyze business and product requirements with input from cross-functional teams.
Closely monitors web metrics to monitor progress toward website goals. Responds quickly to downward KPI trends.
Evaluates the effectiveness of new and existing web features.
Oversee day-to-day activities and improvements to all Max websites to ensure projects are moving forward in alignment with product requirements.
Experience analyzing and interpreting consumer and customer insights. Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative data into desirable product features and capabilities.
Provide specific direction to the design and development teams prior to each programming iteration that clearly identifies objectives and goals in order achieve desired outcomes.
Work closely with the design, sales and IS teams to manage the execution of new features.
Produce and maintain functional requirements documentation. This may include business cases, site interaction flowcharts, wireframes, use cases, requirements documents, specifications and schedules.
Education: Bachelors degree required
5 to 7 years of relevant, product management or product marketing experience with background knowledge of web and mobile technologies.
Direct experience in ecommerce or online marketing, preferably in product management or web marketing.
Experienced in using social media to drive sales, training and recognition.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Must work well under pressure and must work well with others.
Demonstrated ability to plan and drive Max's opportunity and products (online commerce, apps and tools) from concept to success.
Collaborate, think, listen and communicate strategically with a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
Manage multiple projects while keeping within budgets and timelines.
Think outside the box.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
