We are looking for a qualified team-player to join our small Signing Time family. Preferably you have a degree in accounting and 2+ years of work experience. This is a part-time job, in-office job. Here are the accounting duties:
Cash and bank reconciliation
General Ledger
Financial statement preparation and analysis
Property management
Budgeting and forecasting
Working knowledge of Quickbooks
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Preferably you have a degree in accounting and 2+ years of accounting work experience. Know Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Financial statements and analysis. Part-time. Salary 16K+, depending on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
