Retention Specialist
We are a fast paced software company with a cliental all over the country. We are looking for a highly motivated retention specialist to work with our existing client base. The person we are looking for should have some previous experience in a retention department. Great phone skills and phone presence are a must. - Some college education preferred.
- Experience in a retention department highly preferred.
- Experience with accounting software highly preferred.
- Great phone skills.
- Understanding of an escalation process preferred.
- Must have working knowledge with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.
