?The Sr. Systems Administrator (PO) will work with a team of Systems Engineers/Administrators to manage inContact's Production Systems, SANs and supporting environment. This position manages all aspects of Microsoft Windows Server 2000 through 2012 R2 environments, including Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, Active Directory, Application and Database servers. The Senior Systems Administrator will also manage systems and environments in Production labs, including managing monitoring systems.
This Is What You'll Get To Do: __
?Manage Production systems
Maintain Production storage/SAN systems
Manage Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments
Maintain Operating System software - upgrading, patching
Set up and maintain server system and file security
Cross-train and share knowledge with team
May cable and rack server equipment in co-location facilities (some travel may be required)
Manage replication and backups
Monitor and optimize performance of servers
Maintain documentation of servers and networking equipment
Work with vendors to troubleshoot problems and evaluate new products
Participate in the on-call rotation
Successful Candidates Will Have The Following: __
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field or equivalent work experience required.

years in Windows Server Administration, Windows 2000 through 2012 R2

years configuring server hardware and OS
Excellent knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, Mail
Experience managing Storage Area Networks
Experience working with Management Systems and SNMP

years' experience working in a PCI 1 compliant environment
Experience managing VMware environment
Experience working with Management Systems and SNMP
Bonus
