Legal Assistant/Customer Service Agent

Job Description
We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm seeking a highly-motivated individual to join our team and grow with our firm. This is a full-time position and career opportunity. Law firm experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. The position does involve a significant amount of time on the phone.
Responsibilities
The job responsibilities include:
-Working directly with clients including completing client intakes.
-Following up on new inquiries.
-Case file management.
-Communicating with insurance companies and medical service providers.
-Drafting and submitting client record requests.
-Providing support to the attorneys.
Qualifications
Qualifications
-Ability to follow instructions as well as work independently.
-Excellent phone etiquette.
-Must be a team player.
-General computer skills.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
