Recovery Outpatient Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION Outpatient Coordinator Reports to Director of Case Management JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the Director of Outpatient Services the Outpatient Coordinator works to support clinical staff in providing patients with the best care possible.
They will be responsible for maintaining the daily tasks associated with working in an outpatient substance use treatment environment while upholding all relevant privacy rules and regulations.
This position works to support patients in their recovery journey through running psychoeducational groupsand coordinating services.
QUALIFICATIONS Required High School DiplomaEquivalent Current CPR Certification can be obtained upon hire Valid Drivers License Preferred year experience working in a behavioral healthcare setting.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Welcome all clients and visitors to the facility in a professional and courteous manner reflective of the mission and values of Brighton Recovery Center.
Provide urine analysis and breathalyzer testing to all outpatient clients.
Facilitate psychoeducational groups using established evidencebased curriculum.
Document group notes in compliance with Brighton Recovery Center and licensing standards and timelines.
Complete daily tracking logs attendance and other required documentation.
Accompanying clients and sober living residents to recreation activities.
Monitoring and mentoring outpatient clients and sober living residents.
Support clinical staff with any crisis intervention when needed.
Answer and screen incoming phone calls in professional and courteous manner.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES Crisis support and intervention General knowledge of recovery and mental illness.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally.
Aware of others behaviors and actions and the ability to react in a professional manner while upholding professional and ethical boundaries.
Brighton Recovery Center is a dual diagnosis residential treatment center for substance use disorders and mental health issues.
We specialize in evidencebased modalities with an experiential component that allows our patients to experience treatment rather that get through it.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
